Hi I'm super curious as to at what point in the process of delivery my order is. I place you are several weeks ago at this point I have not received a confirmation my last email to you guys have not been answered and Because of the pandemic I haven't contested the charge because I understand that shipping things right now may be difficult unless You can furnish me with an order number or shipping confirmation I will be contesting the charge.

Resolved: Missing item
Still awaiting item in USPS transit but received both tracking numbers from Alex this morning. Items were purchased on April 23, so overall pretty fast delivery especially during this time. Will change monetary loss status when order is delivered and received.
Issue was resolved by Alex from customer service, maybe the only customer service staff they have? Not sure how their business is run but I’m assuming it is still small compared to other vape companies so maybe just hiring more staff is needed.
I was very happy and relieved to have actually received my order in full despite having read all these other reviews from other customers I thought I’d be sharing the same boat with. Not sure why my experience was so different but I appreciate the communication from possibly their only customer support staff and the quick response time (usually within 24hrs). I will still say their websites limited contact info is something they should look in to changing if they wish to continue their business as it makes possible customers very uneasy about buying. I’m sure bad reviews don’t help but when their earned what can you do?
I will be changing my rating since my experience completely turned around due to at least one good staff they have in their ranks. Props to Alex from customer service.

Order confirmation came not long after placed Sunday. No update since.
No Order tracking or anything in 5 business days even after an Email sent Wednesday. But the money was taken.

Takes too long to ship out
I ordered my pulsar on the 29th of January,not once have I heard from them,I’ve sent multiple emails and never once got a respond,if it isn’t sent out soon I want a refund because I could have drove down the street and found something I could have gotten that day,I’m not feeling this place and I will probably never order from here again!

Took my money
They took my money within minutes. There is no way to contact them but through email and no one replies.
DO NOT BUY from these crooks. I'm not the first they've done this to.
I have yet to receive my product or a reply to my emails. Go anywhere else but these guys.

WRONG PRODUCT
I ordered a vaporizer and what I received is not what I ordered. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company to inquire how to return and have not received a response. The customer service is worse than horrible it is non existent.

Vape worked for 2 days
I bought a globe vape pen and it worked nicely for 2 days. Now when ever I take a hit the wax comes out of the bottom of the coil.
I have emailed them twice asking them to take this one back and send me a new one and I have been ignored. I'm about to hit social media and let everyone know not to purchase from them.

You will not get a working device
Ordered AGO G5 and received one that has already been used!!!! It is FILTHY!
It is so dirty, there are dirt marks on the felt in the place where the pen pieces were. There are permanent black smudges on the battery. There is dried juice in heating chamber and on the battery connection itself. Package arrived open- no manufacturing sealed plastic.
Outside and inside of box is damaged.
Like everyone else here, I have emailed with no response, and I called the only number I could find, but it doesnt work. I tried to upload pictures, but it is not working for some reason.
